We are seeking a skilled Dynamic Enterprise Growth Specialist to be an integral part of our Account Management team. This role will involve collaborating closely with Account Managers and the broader account team to support the strategic goals of assigned Enterprise accounts.
The successful candidate will drive growth, enhance consumption, foster account penetration, and build strong stakeholder relationships to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fuency in English is required, Arabic fluency is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a sales function, or we welcome applicants with an engineering background without sales experience.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong active listening and communication skills; experienced in presenting information via phone and email.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on meeting measurable targets and problem-solving using data.
