Job Title: Associate Director

The advisory financial accounting division delivers practical solutions to complex financial reporting challenges. The team must respond quickly to fast-moving business processes and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proficient accountant with strong GAAP knowledge.
  • Experience working with multinational companies in industry or practice settings.
  • Previous international experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
  • Strong experience in preparing financial statements in IFRS, UK & Irish GAAP, and other international jurisdictions.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Contribute to proposal and business development work, liaison with international offices.
  • Play a key role in the international community, participating in internal committees and project work.
  • Design and implement project plans, delegating tasks to junior members and providing coaching.
  • Ensure assignment completion within timeframe.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a team.
  • Manage teams effectively while on assignment.
  • Responsible for staff development and mentoring.
  • Working knowledge of ONESOURCE and/or Caseware is desirable.
  • Commercial/business awareness.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Genuine interest in IFRS and financial reporting.
