Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role focuses on managing and converting private dining and group booking enquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial contact to final details.

You will work closely with the sales and operations teams, handling all event administration, maintaining high standards, and achieving targets. Additionally, you will drive growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming group and event enquiries efficiently
  • Convert leads and meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Liaise with restaurant teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support key campaigns and seasonal promotions effectively
  • Maintain accurate booking and CRM systems
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH REGULARS, CORPORATES, AND AGENTS
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, events, or reservations (ideally within hospitality)
  • Organised and confident communicator with strong administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in platforms like OpenTable and TripleSeat
  • A team player with a practical approach and excellent time management skills
