Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client & Partnership Development
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with HSE consultants, medical professionals, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
    • Build and execute tailored account plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  2. Strategic Account Management
    • Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and strategic opportunities.
  3. Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
    • Foster long-term relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service delivery.
  4. Contract Negotiation & Management
    • Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and renewals that align with business objectives.
    • Ensure contracts comply with legal and operational requirements.
  5. Working Conditions
    • Frequent client visits and occasional travel for meetings or industry events.
