We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Social Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting adults with physical, intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live ordinary lives in a community-based environment.

This role involves leading a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration. Our client operates across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
  • Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
  • Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
  • A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Dingle, Kerry.
