Senior Bakery Specialist Required

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to manage the day-to-day operations of our bakery. As Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality bakery products, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of approximately 12 staff members. You should also have good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with a strong background in baking, preferably with experience as a Head Pastry Chef or regular kitchen Head Chef. A good understanding of HACCP and SOPs is also essential, as well as the ability to create rosters, administer tasks, and lead by example.
Salary: Circa €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
Benefits include a bonus scheme, regular product lines, and the opportunity to work with a medium to large volume bakery supplying shops, stores, restaurants, and other establishments.
