We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Professional to fill the role of Front Office Manager at our esteemed hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding service
- Develop and implement SOPs for consistent service delivery
- Handle VIP guests and special requirements with discretion and excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position within a 4-5* property
- Excellent leadership, organisational and people management skills
- Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
