
New Business Opportunities Specialist

**Job Description:**
A key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through a variety of channels. This includes networking, referrals, and market research. You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our comprehensive insurance offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our insurance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
**Requirements:**
- Industry experience in Commercial Lines role in a brokerage/insurance environment is essential
- Proven track record within a Commercial Lines New Business Role
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) working towards MDI qualification
- Extensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of the commercial insurance market, products, and services
