Job Opportunity

Main Role:

This role is designed to provide comprehensive support to Store Management and colleagues in all aspects of Security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the values of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity
  • Protect store assets from loss or theft
  • Assist the Store Owner/Manager in preventing stock loss and reducing operational risks
  • Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
  • Manage key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
  • Conduct regular spot checks on waste, deliveries, stock, refunds, voids, and employee activities
  • Investigate incidents as required and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor CCTV footage to prevent security breaches

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of security principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
