Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Global Reward Manager to join our Human Resources team. The role will have specific responsibility for a range of global reward projects and managing the delivery of all reward programmes in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Group Reward team to influence the design and delivery of Group-led reward solutions.
  • Plan and execute appropriate roll-out across Ornua's global markets.
  • Lead the implementation of career levels across Ornua's global markets.
  • Design and implement best practice reward strategies.
  • Manage and deliver international reward projects.
  • Lead the annual salary review, salary budgeting and bonus planning process for the UK.
  • Review and approve payrolls across multiple locations.
  • Develop cost effective benefits solutions.
