Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an analytical professional to support the development and improvement of reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external rewards to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and variable pay programs.
  • Assist in making informed reward-related decisions for internal moves and new hire appointments.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of reward projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Embed standardized reward processes into daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
