Lead Professional Growth Manager

The Role
  • A seasoned accounting professional with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Experience in multinational corporations and industry environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and accounting across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Contribute to proposal and business development work, budget preparation, and liaison with international offices.
  • Play a key role in the professional community, including internal committees and project work.
  • Design and implement project plans with effective delegation of tasks to junior team members.
  • Ensure completion of assignments within budget and timeframe.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised accounting qualification.
  • Audit background is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in auditing or preparing financial statements.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with IFRS, UK & Irish GAAP; knowledge of other GAAPs is desirable.
