Job Overview

The role of the Reward Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our compensation data. This position entails collaboration with colleagues from diverse skillsets to collect and consolidate multiple pay elements from various systems and sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Consolidation: Collect and consolidate base pay, cash allowances, benefits data, payroll elements, colleague-related data, and absence data.
  • Data Validation & Quality Control: Perform rigorous data checking and validation to ensure completeness and consistency across datasets. Identify discrepancies or anomalies and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits teams to resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Compliance Support: Provide support for generating internal and external reports required for pay transparency, equity analysis, and regulatory compliance. Prepare datasets for analysis by internal stakeholders and external auditors as necessary.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Work closely with colleagues in HRIS, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and collection timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of standardized templates, checklists, and documentation to streamline data gathering. Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, payroll, compensation analysis, or data management roles.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefits administration processes.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
