We're seeking a driven Business Development professional to power our growth in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with experienced Account Executives to build impactful prospecting strategies
  • Identify high-potential companies for our solutions
  • Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries and buyer personas
  • Become an expert in qualifying leads that align with our ideal customer profile

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • 1+ year of experience in BDR/SDR roles (inbound or outbound)
  • A motivated self-starter passionate about exceeding goals
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales
