
Financial Operations Coordinator

This dynamic and expanding team is looking to fill a senior office management position. Reporting to the finance management level, the successful candidate will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced finance environment.
The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years' experience in office management, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities. They should be able to multitask, manage priorities independently and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a busy finance office, ensuring efficient workflows and effective use of resources.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior finance management team, including scheduling, correspondence and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements for the team, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.
- Oversee health and safety inductions and training for team members, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in office management, preferably in a fast-paced finance environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to work effectively in a team environment.
