Job Description

The role of an Accounts Administrator is multifaceted and critical to the financial health of our organisation.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Manage payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and payment schedules.
  • Manage incoming payments from customers.
  • Send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
  • Accuracy in financial records and reports.
  • Efficient management of multiple tasks, especially during busy financial periods.
  • Analysis of financial data and provision of meaningful insights.
  • Clear communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile bank statements with company accounts.
  • Identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses.
  • Review and approve expense reports submitted by employees.
