We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team.
About the Role:- Provide business administrative support to our team, including financial processes, travel arrangements, events, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in managing diaries, arranging meetings, and drafting letters and communications.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
- At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Financial analysis skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex budget information.
- Experience of working with complex budget information.
- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Pension Scheme.
- Life Assurance Scheme.
- 26 days' Annual Leave (pro rata).
