Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the Carriage House and Drawing Room operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent hospitality skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the operation of the Carriage House, including an evening steak house restaurant, all day dining space, a bar, a private dining room, and a lounge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests, Golf Club members, local residents, and visitors to the Manor.
  • Contribute to creating a dynamic, eclectic atmosphere with a modern twist while maintaining seamless 5-star service delivery.
  • Build relationships with a local audience to support the outlet's success.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team is crucial.
