- Cultivate strategic partnerships by understanding member needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system to facilitate seamless onboarding, renewals, and reporting.
- Contribute to the delivery of impactful member events and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with members and prospects via various marketing channels.
- Develop strong, enduring relationships built on mutual trust and respect.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in sales and business development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or a membership-focused role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
