Marketing Manager Position

As a marketing manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our local country marketing strategy.

You will collaborate with the cross-functional team across Europe to drive sales and marketing collaboration.

This role is suitable for a marketer where there is ample opportunity to refine your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth through planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Drive sales and marketing collaboration.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns and event management.
  • Ensure brand alignment.
  • Localize marketing initiatives and integrate them into the marketing plan.
  • Work with resources to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Create lead generation programs to acquire new business customers.
  • Create compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to target key segments.
  • Work with technology partners on joint campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team & Director to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other online channels.
    • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs.
  • Analytics And Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reports highlighting key metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Senior experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful revenue growth.

Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.

Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
