Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to drive improvements into our security products that keep customers, apps, and devices safe from threats. The ideal candidate will anticipate, amplify, and solve customer needs by ensuring product teams are on the front lines with customers, taking accountability for the end-to-end Microsoft Security customer experience.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define product/services using engineering tools, customer telemetry, and direct customer input to identify defects/signals in the product or misuse.
  • Build and integrate AI Agentic power to improve the customer experience.
  • Track customer incidents, engage with customers, and communicate progress and next steps.
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners to learn how they use the service and identify feature gaps.
  • Implement new features/tools to improve products and help customers stay current with best practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering OR equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements:

Able to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
