We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our Client Development Team at A&L Goodbody LLP. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving new business on key accounts or across an industry vertical, with evidence of setting account/sector strategies and building relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders. They will also have a good understanding of data and data analytics models, as well as active problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you will work closely with our Partners and Client Teams to activate account strategies and deliver mutual value. You will also support the firm's Business Planning process, including Account Plans, Client Workshops, Feedback, and relationship heatmaps.

  1. Evaluate our clients' priorities, strategies, and structures to identify opportunities for A&L Goodbody to add value.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to build a winning culture and environment around assigned clients and targets.
  3. Collaborate with Partners and Client Teams to define and implement sector growth strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience from and collaborate with colleagues across the wider Business Services group, while contributing to the firm's business objectives.
