Corporate Mergers Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Mergers Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business development and marketing, with a strong ability to execute plans and conduct market analysis.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for the Corporate and M&A team.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities.
  • Support client development initiatives, including proposals and client meetings.
  • Raise the department's profile through rankings, press releases, events, and social media strategies.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, pitch templates, and knowledge-based tools.

The successful candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, or communications (or equivalent experience), with minimum 5 years' experience in a BD/marketing role within professional services or 3 PQE solicitor. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing abilities, and attention to detail.
