Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent chance for a talented individual to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, assisting with the smooth running of food service and contributing to the delivery of outstanding gastro menus.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your area at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to their development.
Requirements:
  • To ensure the consistent smooth running of food service primarily in all Food Outlets, delivering an outstanding gastro menu.
  • Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guests expectations with every dish.
  • To ensure effective stock control and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in various other Kitchens as required.
