We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess excellent communication skills.
As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and managing supplier queries. You will also obtain invoice approval from various departments, manage employee expense claims, reconcile accounts payable balances, and prepare accruals at month end.
Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage supplier queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Obtain invoice approval from various departments as required.
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances on a regular basis.
- Prepare accruals at month end to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work on a permanent basis based in Dublin, Ireland.
