Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Guest Relations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain relationships with our top VIP guests, providing them with unique and personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • To ensure that all departments within the hotel are aware of the needs and preferences of our VIP guests, guaranteeing seamless communication and coordination.
  • To monitor and address any guest feedback, using this information to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • To establish Guest Relations awareness programs for employees, focusing on the importance of personalizing service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on Guest Relations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
