Enterprise Sales Professional

Taxback International is a global leader in VAT solutions, providing innovative technology for enterprise and medium-sized businesses worldwide.
This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) at our Kilkenny HQ.
Position: Enterprise Inside Sales ExecutiveYou will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to our existing clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Thrive in a consultative phone sales role.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Drive, set, and monitor priorities.
- Cross-sell and upsell services.
- Provide an end-to-end client experience for consultative solutions sales.
- Review, research, and take action as necessary.
- Act as the client escalation point for client care questions and queries.
- Communicate with clients via multiple channels.
- Work with CRM, customer support tools, and Salesforce.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and Corporates.
- Ability to pitch award-winning SaaS solutions to C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements, meeting/exceeding targets.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions from generating to closing.
- Excellent time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- High-impact communication and presentation capabilities.
- Intellectual and emotional intelligence.
- Credibility at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Professional and personal standards: thorough, organized, and conscientious.
