We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis in Kilkenny.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for directing calls, taking messages, greeting and assisting visitors at the reception area, and handling general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:- Directing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a high level of professionalism
- Performing various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Supporting other staff members with clerical tasks as needed
- Previous experience in switchboard and reception duties or administration in the Healthcare sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The role is available to start immediately following a successful pre-employment assessment.
