Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Cork.

  • The successful candidate will provide technical support for vaccine drug substance and/or drug product processes, including person-in-plant support within the manufacturing facility.
  • Responsibilities will include supporting water runs, equipment shakedown runs, engineering runs, and process performance qualification (PPQ).
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple technical functions within the organisation and EP team to ensure successful support and commercial manufacture.
  • Key responsibilities also include authoring process change control documentation, technical communications, and process risk management.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, and/or technical support of operations is essential.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or an applicable science is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills are critical for success in this role.
