Senior Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services

Nua Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to take on a key leadership role in our mental health services. As Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all necessary training and development opportunities are provided to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor the quality of care delivered and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or equivalent registration body.
  • Post-registration qualification in healthcare management (QQ1 Level 8 or higher).
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification/registration Psychiatric nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a management position within the area of Psychiatric nursing.
