About Us

Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to work on regional or cross-channel marketing initiatives, overseeing event management, sales enablement tools development, post-event activity reporting, and production support for live and video content.

This role involves driving and executing regional and centrally managed marketing programs with a focus on delivering measurable results by aligning marketing activities with business KPIs and generating high-quality sales leads.

  1. Working on all aspects of event planning and execution, including programming, content creation, schedule management, in-person planning, and vendor coordination.
  2. Develop comprehensive event playbooks, sales kits, and communication plans to support event success.
  3. Create and deliver detailed post-event activity reports and performance assessments, providing actionable insights for future events.
  4. Provide production management support for live-streaming and video editing, ensuring high-quality content delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in field marketing or event management, demonstrating strong Project Management and Campaign + Event Planning skills.

They will also possess proven ability to manage event planning and vendor relationships, including Logistics Coordination and Agency Coordination.

Strong Content Development skills are required, with experience creating marketing materials for various channels and audiences, coupled with experience in livestreaming management and technical event execution.
