Main Responsibilities- Provide impeccable service to our customers by adhering to high hospitality standards, including a warm smile, attentive nature, and prompt assistance.
- Maintain utmost respect for our hotel guests' privacy and personal property at all times.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's history, services, meal times, and local tourist attractions to effectively assist guests.
- Handle customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, avoiding arguments and seeking management's assistance when necessary.
- Assist with general upkeep of the hotel exterior and Reception/Lobby area as requested.
- Monitor traffic and enforce no-parking policies in designated areas.
- Offer valet parking services, assist with guest check-in, and provide cover for Receptionists during breaks or lunch.
- Liaise with reception and accommodation teams regarding deliveries to guest rooms.
- Ensure entrance doors and emergency exits are secure and cleaned regularly.
- Clear unwanted items from front-of-house areas, including rubbish and recyclables.
- A full clean driving license is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Strong selling skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards work are essential.
