About the RoleThis position involves providing on-site and remote assistance to end-users within a large-scale enterprise, ensuring optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users with desktop computing issues
- Troubleshooting computer operating systems, hardware, and software problems
- Performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks as required
- Maintaining knowledge of SOE and group policies, as well as printer support and MS Office tools installation/troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Possession of CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification is highly desirable
