We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, maintaining high standards of product presentation and inventory control, and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Description

As Shop Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of retail staff, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
  • Assisting with customer service issues, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for retail staff, coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor role in Retail.
  • Conversational English language proficiency is essential.
  • Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g., Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt, prioritize tasks and handle unexpected situations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, self-development and a desire for success while contributing to a positive team environment and promoting our brand.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
