Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving growth through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen initiatives.

You'll own email nurture strategies to guide free members to upgrade into paid plans, build and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows that convert, and partner with product leadership to strategize and plan communications that align with the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the FHR Exchange Community: Drive new member acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Nurture Members to Paid: Own email nurture strategies to guide free members to upgrade into paid plans.
  • Bring Campaigns to Life in HubSpot: Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows that convert.
  • Product Marketing: Partner with product leadership to strategize and plan communications that align with the product roadmap.
  • Organic Social: Execute and manage organic social to achieve strategic goals.
  • Optimize for Engagement: Test subject lines, CTAs, and creative to increase sign-ups, click-throughs, and conversions.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measure the impact of your efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing automation, executing against demand generation and growth marketing goals.
  • A creative thinker with a love for data—comfortable A/B testing subject lines and digging into metrics to improve performance.
  • Hands-on experience building email workflows, landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail—you love moving campaigns from concept to launch.
