Business development is a strategic function responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. The role of Business Development Manager plays a critical part in achieving this goal.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through market research, networking and lead generation.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements that support business objectives while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategy.
  5. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development and market feedback to senior management.

This is a permanent, full-time position with 39 hours worked per week.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
