Bar Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to oversee the management of our busy beverage operation, including conference and banqueting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff management initiatives, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and supervision of bar staff
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Driving revenue growth through promotions, events, and upselling techniques
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of the bar area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or busy bar setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of bar operations, including menu development, cocktail preparation, wine selection, and industry trends
