Project Manager

The primary focus of this position is to oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure effective execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope new projects, secure approvals, and plan commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate interfaces between projects and departments, fostering open communication and information exchange.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all projects, including cost estimates and scheduling records.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns in a proactive manner.
  • Conduct thorough constructability, maintainability, and operability studies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business systems, leveraging tools like SAP, LIMs, and others.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Science.
  • Proven experience in delivering engineering projects within regulated environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies like 6-Sigma/Kepner-Tregoe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
