**Job Description:**

As a Technical Sales Manager for our electrical division, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice on electrical solutions and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Provide expert advice on electrical solutions and products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry (or a related power/energy sector).
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Electrical Engineering background – HNC (or equivalent) preferred.
  • A proven sales track record – Meeting or exceeding targets in a technical sales environment.
  • An established network within the industry, with strong connections to end-users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Self-motivated & results-driven – Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility for travel – This role requires regular face-to-face meetings with clients (>70% field-based).
