Warehouse Associate Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Associate with a multinational Aviation client based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labelling and allocating bin locations for new material received to stock, ensuring accuracy and correct certification on the ERP system.
  • Shipping of all product types, including dangerous goods, adhering to strict regulations and procedures.
  • Compiling reports for customer unserviceable parts, providing timely solutions and mitigating losses.
  • Receiving vendor and customer supplied materials, following established receiving procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Ensuring customer requirements for receiving customer-owned stock are followed, meeting expectations and delivering value.
  • Performing material cycle counts and periodic stock checks as required, maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels.
  • Storing stock in accordance with storage conditions and temperature and humidity levels within limits, protecting assets and preventing damage.
  • Receipt of stock into the ERP system, facilitating seamless tracking and management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaising with production and internal departments for logistics services, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leaving Certificate (minimum).
  • Previous stores/warehouse experience in the aviation industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Forklift driving experience an advantage, but not essential as training can be provided, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of industry and personal safety requirements, with a strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
  • Be computer literate with experience in working with modern ERP systems, possessing technical skills and proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with high attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
