- Maintenance of accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- A qualified facilities professional with minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and the general public.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies or urgent situations.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and energy management is desirable.
