Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting over 400 employees across multiple locations.
The role requires strong relationships with leaders, driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace while delivering key HR initiatives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with leaders to ensure HR compliance and best practice
- Drive training and development programs; identify individual training needs
- Guide managers on performance management tools to align goals and improve performance
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and supply-demand balance
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, proven experience in employee relations, and the ability to operate with professionalism and discretion.
- Key Skills:
- Proven ability to work on a confidential and discreet manner
- Minimum CIPD and 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years working in a Human Resource function
- Previous experience with employee representative bodies
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiating skills to interact extensively with Management, employees and employee representatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
