At the heart of our success lies a dedicated team member who embodies exceptional customer service skills, responsible for delivering seamless guest experiences.

This key role will see you expertly communicating available options and rates, while maintaining and updating our reservations system to ensure optimal pricing and availability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A proven track record in customer relations is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems and CRM software.

A typical shift will be 5 days per week, Monday through Sunday.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing expert communication on available options and rates.
    • Manage and update our reservations system to maintain optimal pricing and availability.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Hotsoft booking system is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal abilities focusing on customer satisfaction.
