
Organisational Support Professional

We are seeking an Organisational Support Professional to provide vital administrative and operational support to our Leadership Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team, allowing senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will work in partnership across multiple business functions simultaneously, providing comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Provide expert organisational skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient time management.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Represent the Leadership Team (or individual) in welcoming guests and/or high-profile clients to our global HQ, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
- Support the organisation of leadership off-sites, team events, and ad-hoc projects, working collaboratively with Internal Communications and Facilities Management teams.
- Monitor and manage team inboxes or shared platforms, ensuring timely responses and task follow-up where required.
