About This Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Fund Platforms Services team as an Associate in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational activities for the Carne Platform by assisting with daily operations of investment funds.
  • Oversee daily activities for a portfolio of funds, collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Fund Administrators.
  • Manage all aspects of a fund's operational lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Support investor activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Follow procedures to ensure risk-controlled platform operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. They will be able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
  • University degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in an asset or investment management firm, or a strong interest in the sector.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
