Job Description:
">The Human Resources Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR advice and support to Managers and Employees of designated departments on the full range of Human Resource issues.
">The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of an efficient Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.
">Key Responsibilities">- ">
- Provide HR advice and support to Managers and Employees in designated departments on HR issues.">
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.">
- ">
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resource Generalist/Operational role.">
- Experience in a relevant Health Care Human Resources Department, desirable.">
- Significant experience of managing recruitment.">
- Significant experience of HR legislation, implementing HR policies and procedures and providing a comprehensive HR advisory service.">
- ">
- CIPD qualified.">
- Hold a HR Third Level Qualification from an accredited institution.">
- ">
- A high level of competence in the use of a range of IT products e.g. Microsoft products and HRIS.">
- Good understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.">
- Ability to work on own initiative and achieve results.">
- Knowledge/understanding of HR issues and current employment practices.">
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and time management skills.">
- Excellent consultation and negotiation skills.">
