The Human Resources Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR advice and support to Managers and Employees of designated departments on the full range of Human Resource issues.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of an efficient Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.

  • Provide HR advice and support to Managers and Employees in designated departments on HR issues.">
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.">
">Essential Qualifications and Experience">
  • ">
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resource Generalist/Operational role.">
  • Experience in a relevant Health Care Human Resources Department, desirable.">
  • Significant experience of managing recruitment.">
  • Significant experience of HR legislation, implementing HR policies and procedures and providing a comprehensive HR advisory service.">
">Desirable Qualifications and Experience">
  • ">
  • CIPD qualified.">
  • Hold a HR Third Level Qualification from an accredited institution.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • A high level of competence in the use of a range of IT products e.g. Microsoft products and HRIS.">
  • Good understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.">
  • Ability to work on own initiative and achieve results.">
  • Knowledge/understanding of HR issues and current employment practices.">
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and time management skills.">
  • Excellent consultation and negotiation skills.">
