DACH Region Sales Professional

At CPL, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about sales, negotiation, and customer service.
The typical day of our Inside Sales Executive involves:
- Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls
- FOLLOWING UP WITH PROPERTY OWNERS AND GETTING COMMITMENTS
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
- FORECASTING, MONITORING, AND ANALYZING RESULTS WITHIN THE ASSIGNED PORTFOLIO TO MAXIMIZE REVENUE GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY
- MANAGING A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING LEASING CONTRACTS
We are looking for someone who is fluent in German, enthusiastic with a desire to learn, has sales and negotiation experience, and can work independently while being a team player.
