Job Description:

As a Head of International Sales Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of International Growth Consultants to deliver on quarterly business goals and longer-term objectives.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement international growth plans that drive business growth and brand development.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You will also collaborate with the sales leadership team to set tactical objectives for the book of business and design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of International Growth Consultants guiding them to deliver on quarterly business goals and longer-term objectives.
  • Coach team members on opportunity identification and how to position and promote Google solutions to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Develop tactical international growth plans for relevant sectors and win stakeholders over to activate them.
  • Define the team's long-term strategy, leading the annual business planning process, interacting with market, regional, and global executive stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders to obtain buy-in and secure resources.
