Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing all costs relating to the project and ensuring that they are in line with the required project standards and quality. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with other departments to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project costs and ensure alignment with project standards and quality
  • Collaborate with Site Agents, Project Managers, Operations Manager, and Directors to achieve project objectives
  • Procure materials and subcontractors while adhering to contractual agreements
  • Re-measure site works and produce monthly valuations
  • Process monthly cost value reports and monitor project outputs, progress, and programme
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Third level Quantity Surveying qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience in a commercial surveying role. You should also have good knowledge of working with various contract types and experience of cost value reporting and sub-contract procurement.
