About This RoleThis is an entry-level position that offers tools, training, and team support to help you develop your sales and business skills. You will be responsible for:
- Leading generation and prospecting: Research potential clients, industries, and leads to identify opportunities where PayPal services can meet a business's needs.
- Outbound communication: Proactively contact potential business clients via phone, email, or social platforms to introduce PayPal's offerings and understand their goals.
- Solution selling: Effectively articulate PayPal's value proposition with tailored messaging that addresses specific pain points or goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing Teams to ensure leads are nurtured and transitioned effectively into new business opportunities.
- Market analysis: Continuously learn and analyze trends within target industries and business types to refine your approach.
- CRM management: Maintain a thorough and organized record of all activity in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you should be a curious problem solver with a natural ability to build rapport and ask thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities. You should also be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, who can distill complex solutions into clear, actionable insights for businesses. Additionally, you should be a collaborative team player who thrives in working with cross-functional teams and enjoys learning from colleagues.
What You'll BringWe're looking for individuals who possess a strong passion for helping businesses grow and are eager to develop their sales and business skills. Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- No prior work experience required.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, business development, or customer success (B2B experience a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, fintech, subscription, or payment solutions is a strong bonus.
